Terms of booking:
To confirm your reservation only 20% deposit payment is required. The balance will be due directly to the driver in cash on arrival.
Most drivers can only accept cash payments on arrival, unless indicated on the Driver’s profile.
If you have a confirmed booking with a driver and you need to change the dates, you can do it with at least 24 hours notice.
The deposit paid can be reusable only if you flight is officially cancelled (and you need to reschedule a new pick-up time) or in case of an official force majeure event in one of the cities of your travel. In any other case, the advance payment is not refundable.
